Quality issues or incorrect items
We do not offer voluntary refunds. Include your order number and a description of the issue; photos can help us review it. We will review the issue and discuss an appropriate resolution with you. If a return is agreed for an issue attributable to the seller, we will cover the return shipping cost. This 3-day reporting request does not limit statutory guarantees, mandatory refunds or other rights provided by applicable law.
