Shipping from China
Shipping rates are configured by destination country. Available shipping methods and charges are shown at checkout after you select your destination. If no rate is available for your country, contact us for assistance. Rates below are USD reference amounts based on total packaged shipment weight. Eligibility depends on the destination selected in the cart.

For the weight-based rates above, orders with missing shipment weights use the starting rate. Above 3 kg, each additional kilogram (or part of a kilogram) adds USD 5 for the United States and supported Europe, or USD 4 for South Korea. Where a country has a fixed per-order rate, that rate applies at every weight. Eligible free shipping still applies. Free shipping and promotions
For destinations with an available shipping method, free shipping applies at a discounted merchandise subtotal of USD 49 for South Korea, or USD 59 for the United States, supported Europe and other countries with a configured rate. The threshold is evaluated after product discounts. Equivalent amounts apply in other supported currencies.
Automatic volume discounts are 5% from USD $79 equivalent and 10% from USD $129 equivalent. Only the highest applicable tier applies. A valid ordinary coupon takes priority and is not combined with the automatic volume discount.
Displayed currency conversions use the exchange rates configured in our store and are not live market quotations. Review the order currency and total at checkout. Your payment provider may apply its own conversion rates or charges. Contact us about delivery availability and customs arrangements for your destination.
Dispatch time
Orders are dispatched within 15 business days after payment. This is the order processing and dispatch period, not a delivery-time guarantee. Transit time after dispatch varies by destination and carrier.
